As we deal with many different lenders they all have their own Requirements, however most will require the following:

• Fully completed application form
• Copy of passport
• Copy of utility bill
• Experian credit file (available from www.experian.co.uk)
• Copy of sales agreement or Copy of title deed if already owned
• Proof of deposit

Employed applicants

• Last 3 months pay slips
• Last P60
• Latest tax return
• Last 3 bank statements

Self Employed applicants

Either

• Accountants Certificate

Or

• 3 Years accounts
• 3 months personal and business bank statements
• Latest tax return

If income proof is a problem we have a self-certification route
